Here's a little recipe for a dish I created one night, because I can't eat the oregano in tomato sauces.
1 medium onion
3/4 cup of flour
2 1/2 cups of milk
dash of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp butter/margarine
Chop onion into small pieces and fry them in butter, in a frying pan. In bowl mix together flour, garlic powder, salt and milk. Making sure there are no lumps. Boil water for noodles, and get them cooking. Add flour mix to frying pan of onions. Reduce heat to medium low, stirring every couple of minutes, until thickened. Pour thickened sauce over noodles, stir and serve.
Simple, quick and very tasty!!!
