1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Ground Beef Mix
1 chopped onion
2 cups water
15-oz. can tomato sauce
3 cups mafalda pasta
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and drain off excess fat. Add Ground Beef Mix, water, tomato sauce, uncooked mafalda pasta, and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cover pan, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened and pasta is tender. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese five minutes before serving; turn off heat,and let cheese melt. 4-6 servings
