One Skillet Spaghetti - (Great because everything is cooked
in the same skillet)

1 pound ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup water
1 can (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, brown beef and onions; drain. Stir in uncooked
spaghetti and the next eight ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and heat until melted. Yield:4-6 servings.
