1 box (7 ounce) elbow macaroni, cooked according to package
directions and drained
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons chicken flavor bouillon
2 teaspoons sugar
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
4 cups thinly sliced lettuce

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, bouillon and sugar; stir in macaroni, tomato and onions. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in lettuce and bacon. Refrigerate leftovers.

I will try you version. I have a very simple one for this that is a little different.

Colorful wagon wheel noodles 1/2 bag cook and drain
plum tomatoes cut into pieces (use plum because they are meater)
1/2 head of lettuce cut or torn in small peices.
one pound of bacon cut into small pieces before you cook.
and miracle whip until lightly coated.

Awesome colorful salad.

I bring it to all summer flings!
