Chicken Cordon Bleu Pasta

16 oz. cooked pasta (I like penne)
1 3/4 cups prepared Alfredo Sauce
2 cooked chicken breasts; cut into strips
8 oz. deli style ham; cut into strips
3 Tbsp. grainy mustard
3 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. Emeril's Essence or other seasoning blend

In saucepan over medium heat, add Alfredo Sauce and water if you like. Add mustard, parsley, and seasoning blend and stir. Add chicken and ham. Once meat and sauce is thoroughly heated, toss with pasta. Enjoy!
