Does anyone here have a really good recipe for spaghetti sauce that's good for freezing?

We had one once upon a time, but I can't find it. Today's my
salsa and spaghetti sauce day, so if you could help me out, that would be really great! Thanks.

Depending on how much you need... this is what I make...

2 lg cans crushed tomatoes
2 lg cans pureed tomatoes
couple fresh cloves of garlic
Italian seasoning
Hot Italian Sausage browned
Pepperoni slices (for DH)
sugar to get rid of acidy taste , maybe teaspoon or 2

Cook for hours
I bag up and freeze in little sandwich bags. Usually eat off it two nights and freeze the rest.

what I make..

2 cans Hunts - Traditional spaghetti sauce
1 sm. can Contadina tomato paste
1 lb. ground beef, chopped as it browns, & drained of grease
1 can mushroom slices (I actually prefer these to fresh in this type
of spaghetti)
1 t. minced garlic
2 T. sugar (more or less to taste)
1/2 t. minced onion

Brown ground beef in large pot, drain. Add sauces, mushrooms, & seasonings.
Simmer on low, stirring often, about 45 minutes.
freezes well..

LOL--I just freeze my leftover spaghetti sauce--I don't make any special stuff. But all your recipes sound good--I may have too

What I like about making my own is how inexpensive it is and how much better it tastes than the jars. I may spend $10 (that is on the high end) but we get at least 10 meals out of it. We will eat a couple of nights and then freeze in bags and each bag is a meal, so $1 a meal for 3 is great!
