If you come across an offensive ad please report it here. Please include the following so we can find it:

1. What is it an ad for? (iPod, "Free Stuff for Baby", etc.)
2. What about the ad is offensive?
3. Where is it located?

a. provide the URL
b. where on the page it is (top, side, middle of thread, bottom, etc.)

4. Provide a screenshot if possible.

So does that mean we should not use the "report thread" option anymore? That was so easy...I cannot promise that I will take the time to take down all the requested info and come back to this thread so that i can report it. JMO

Report thread option? Were you previously using that to report ads?

The information requested is what we need to locate the ad that needs to be dealt with. Otherwise, we won't be able to find it and remove it.

All the talking ads are offensive and I believe that they randomly appear on different pages. It's the banner ad thing on the right side of the screen.

The only ones that really bother me are the talking ads, both odf which are for iPods of some kind. But they appear in different places on pages, so there is no way pinpoint a specific plac eon a page where the ad shows up.

I was thinking more of spam. That's what I see a lot of. For some reason, the Prayer Request forum is the most popular for spam, but it can be anywhere.

Even though it may appear on different pages, the guys always request that information, so any effort to provide that info would help reduce the annoying/offensive ads problem.

We're still working on what to do about the spam.
