Toiletology 101:
A Free Course in Toilet Repairs

By Robin Nobles

One of the last things we want to fool with are toilets that aren't properly. Plus, calling a repairman isn't always an option, especially if it's an immediate emergency, you aren't going to be home, or you simply can't afford a repairman.

So, take a few minutes to stop by Toiletology 101 and take a free course in toilet repairs. Being prepared for life's little "troubles" can prevent major problems from happening later.

In this helpful online course, you'll learn how a toilet works, how to test for leaks, how to replace a flush valve or refill valve, or even tips for buying a new toilet.

Learn preventive maintenance to keep problems at bay, and learn how to really clean a toilet, including the tools and products necessary to complete the task.

A quick and easy way to clean a toilet? Drop in two Alka-Seltzer tablets, wait twenty minutes, brush, and flush. The citric acid and effervescent action cleans the toilet bowl.

The site even covers troublesome problems like smells, stains, disappearing water, and noises.

Though the cleaning and repairing of toilets certainly isn't a pleasant topic for an article, having the knowledge on hand when needed will save you a huge headache when you do have problems. http://www.toiletology.com/index.shtml

This is why I have a plumber in my house. Bill used to be a master plumber, so this is one problem I don't have to worry about, thank goodness.
