6 ounces uncooked fettucine noodles
4 teaspoons margarine
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (Shredded)
4 large mushrooms - fresh cut into paper thin slices
1. spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray.
2. cook the fettucine according to directions.
drain and put in skillet over medium heat. add the margarine and pepper and toss gently. as the cream and toss gently until is is heated through and the cream is absorbed. add the cheese and mushrooms, toss until coated evenly and the cheese is melted.
You can add chicken or whatever to it
