Got Ashley's ears pierced 2 weeks ago....she is 8 1/2 months old. Problem is one day last week she got one out...well today she removed that same one about 4 or 5 times. I'm thinking there must be something wrong with the earring as she shouldn't be able to just pull it out should she?? I mean she can't reach to pull the back off so all she can be doing is fingering them and pulling at it.

Anyone else ever deal with this? Freaks me out cause I'm worried about what will happen if it comes out at night and it is 8 hours before I find out and can replace it.

Is the earring going all the way through? Maybe try putting larger earrings in with the tight backs. Good luck!

No it shouldn't be able to come out. I would go back to the place you had it pierced. You don't want her to put it in her mouth and choke. We had my daughters done when she turned 3 and she can't get them out by herself.

Late follow up but we got it fixed. We discovered that part of the metal holding the stone was bent down and that was catching to blankets and poping the earring out. Claire's replaced the earring and then we received a giftcard after I had contacted customer service on the website.
