Did anyone have a problem with Luvs not fitting right? Last weekend I bought a pack for Emily because she is too big for the Pampers size 1-2 that I have. (They still fit PJ) They don't fit right! Maybe it's because I'm used to the Pampers Swaddlers that stretch?

I think I will stick with the stretchy Pampers.

I feel that Luvs run bigger. Logan can wear a 4 on those but needs a 5 in anything else. I also think that hold more so are great for nightitme. I swear by Luvs.

Rhyne filled up the Luvs and they leaked everywhere. They didn't fit right around her leg and we actually watched her pee out of it---and the diaper made it through dry! I like pampers best and huggies, both do a good job....she has peed through huggies though also...I have to buy a bigger size in huggies.

um. We have used just about everthing. I can't say it really matter to me which I use. I haven't used Luvs enough to really make much of a comment. I prefer Pampers but will use Huggies if they are on sale. I have just learned that different diapers are good in different situations. Some are great day diapers and some are great night diapers.

Sorry I'm not really any help.

We used LUVS for Alexander when he was starting to walk and they worked great. We just recently tried them again and they didn't fit him right but they didn't leak.

I agree that different diapers work for different babies. We use Pampers Cruisers for Elizabeth and regular Huggies for Alexander.

I liked luvs for Christian. We haven't tried them on Kelsey yet--although I was going to this past week but ended up getting the same brand we always do. The nighttime Luvs work excellent if you have a heavy leaker at night though!

I think the Luvs run a little bigger, too. My MIL buys them for her house. My favorite is still Pampers. They didn't come out with the Swaddlers until Jonthan was really too big for them. I love the cruisers, because they have the stretch sides!

I was not able to use the Luvs for Jen until she was in a pampers size 3. When she was a 1-2, luvs seemed to fit funny to me, but then I tried once after her graduating in to 3 and they were a perfect fit. I swear by them now too!

Heather, I am finishing up the bag of swaddlers right now and they seem to have little to no stretch at all. I dunno. Maybe they make them different in California than they do where you live.

Stephanie, You have to get the custom-fit swaddlers & cruisers to get the stretch tabs. Believe me, when I first discovered them, I went to so many stores trying to find them because they were just coming out. If you find them, you'll love them!!

When Adam wears Luvs diapers he gets a horrible diaper rash that has broken skin and that's not from sitting in a wet diaper all day, something in the diaper he is allergic to, I used them on my older too and they did fine for us then.

I use pampers or huggies but prefer huggies.

I haven't used LUVS since they switched to the Fabric Like Cover.

I use Luvs right now because I don't like the swaddlers for pampers and I actually think they run a little big because the size 1 pampers were getting tight on Brandan but in Luvs he still has a while before I will have to go up to 2. I will be switching to pamper cruisers though as soon as he gets big enough though because I liked how they fit Jordan.
