Today was my second gym trip into week 4 ... It's getting easier! I'm up to 27 mins on the treadmill which includes 5 mins of warm up, 20 mins of brisk pace (3.8), 5 mins of 3.5 with an incline of 5, and a 2 min. cool down. I'm also doing 50 abductors, 50 adductors, and 30 pulls on the seated row.
While I haven't lost any weight, I haven't gained either and considering I can see muscle tone, that means so amount of fat has to be going right?
I'm still watching what I eat ... no real "diet" but I've completely eliminated fast food from my lunch routine, all "junk" food, and am making sure I eat a good breakfast. Dinners are harder for me because I eat at my child care providers 3 or 4 times a week and usually eat out once a week.
Water intake was really good, then it got not-so-good but not bad either ... I don't buy pop for work any more so while I'm drinking some water to get through the day (and at dinner), I'm not making sure I hit that 80 oz like I was. ... Gotta work on that.
Everything else in life is moving along like normal. I'm taking Haley and Riah (Chad's daughter) dress shopping tonight. Haley needs a dress for the Valentine Dance and Riah wants to start looking for a prom dress ... this should be fun. Last time I took Haley dress shopping back around HomeComing, she tried on a lot of really inappropriate dresses and pitched a fit when I asked her to try something a little more "gown like".
I'm just hanging out at home today doing some cleaning and hoping my new computer gets delivered!
