Be brutal! What do you think about..

Kiera Alyssa Clare...our last name is Muñoz

For those of you that have used 3 names, how does it work when people ask for a middle initial? What do you write? Were there any other issues with having 3 names?

I'm not crazy about 3 names -- I just don't think they flow right, but I like either Kiera Alyssa or Alyssa Clare!

Well let me tell you Tara, coming from someone that has two little girls with 2 middle names, I don't like it.

I've never been a big fan of the whole two middle names thing, I think it's too much. Long story, I typed half of it out and then decided that it wasn't all that important. Sydney got two middle names because I thought that Sydney Riley Ryden was too many R's in a row and my SIL was already excited that I was using her name, so I couldn't change my mind.
Livia got two middle names because everyone told me that if Sydney had two, Livia had to have two too.

Personally, I wouldn't do it again. JMO though.

Mike and I really like Kiera. I have searched through thousands of baby names and it is still my favorite and nothing else seems to fit(or we don't agree on it). The only way we can use it is if she has 2 middle names. We have to use either Terese or Clare(I had it spelled wrong before) for the middle name because it is special to Mike(his mothers name). But you get these nick names

Kiera Terese= KT(Katie)...My sisters name is Katie and Mike really is not fond of her, so he wont budge on that.

Kiera Clare=KC(Kaci)...I don't like the way that sounds, and it doesn't flow.

I think we may just go with the 2 middle names because we are truely stuck. I like the way it flows, I am just unsure what will happen when I have to fill out papers with 2 middle names.

I really appreciate everyones opinion! We still have plenty of time to think about things thankfully.

I like two middle names and in fact Payton has two of them and we have never had any problems with it. We just use the initial from the first middle name. We gave Payton 3 names b'cuz originally her name was just going to be Olivia Rose (Olivia after my Grandma and Rose after my Great Grandma). We had the name Peyton picked out for a boy's name and when we found out that it was a girl I told Johnny that I was happy it was a girl but was really excited to use the name Peyton for a boy. So-that is how we got the three names. Payton Olivia Rose Johnson
I really like the name you picked out!

I like it too. I was told by an African friend once that in some areas of Africa, people have more than 25 names! Because each person in their village gives the baby a name.

I don't really like two middle names. When your daughter fills out legal paperwork or gets married it'll take her forever to write her full name.

Good luck with whatever you do though.

I don't mind two middle names...it really does make it easier when you can't decide upon one name. Daniel has two last names...my last name and Mike's last name hyphenated...it seems like a mouthful to say his full name at times but it worked out best for us to use both names because Mike wanted him to have his last name but since we aren't married, I wanted my last name to be included. I know of many people lately using two or more middle names, it seems common.

I have 3 names and have honesly always loved it. All 3 names are both pretty long as well! My brother and sister also have 3 names. My middle names are the names of both my grandmothers, so they were both important. On forms I but both initials, BM.

And on one sibling having it and not the other, my SO has 3 names but his sister has only 2. I dont think she minds!

And Alyssa is lovely, sounds very like Alicia which is the name of a lovely girl I knew when I was young!

I'm not a big fan of Kiera but then when you put all the names together I really do.

Italy has 2 mn's and I have never run into any trouble. If I had it to do over again I would take on out though because it was Luis's pick and I liked my pick better. Did i mention he also spelled it wrong on her paperwork?

Actually, I like it. I think it's cute. I love the two middle names. When we were debating girl names, I was really considering that.

I love the name Kiera.
Briahnna has 3 names, but I had to put a - in the middle of her two middle names because one of them kept getting dropped off.
Hers is Briahnna Katey-Rose

I love your name and I love 3 names in general. My name is Jessica Caryl Danelle. I think sometimes 3 names just sounds better. When I fill out paperwork I just put C. for my middle initial. Good luck with whatever you decide, but seriously, I think your name is BEAUTIFUL.
