This came up in discussion with MIL while they were visiting.

Do you think of the name "Riley" is a boy's name, girls's name, or either one?

It is unisex but I believe that it was a boy's name first.

You could use it for either. One of my co-workers has a son about 7-8 that is named Riley. I think it would be cute for either.

I like it for either. I had considered naming rhyne that. It was going to be Rhyne Riley or Riley Rhyne....but dh didn't like them together too much

Waaaaaay too popular IMO! There are lots of nice "r" names for boys and girls, that won't make it hard to distinguish gender!
