I think we are going to get the beds done this weekend...hopefully we will be able to plant flowers this weekend also.

We just planted a whole buttload of flowers yesterday evening. I hope they take and we have a pretty yard this year!

Yep. We went a few weeks ago and bought a bunch of stuff and then I went last weekend and got more. Finally got our side area done and used all perenials so hopefully won't have to do that anymore, but just weeding and such. Got the front done and the island in the front yard. Got a few more rose bushes and stuff for the rose garden (DH's pet project). All is looking good. He bought some butterfly bushes that we have been looking for. Now, we will start concentrating on what we want to do in the back yard.

Yep--I planted some pansies and snapdragons last week. The week before, I planted some violas. Not a lot, but enough to give it some color. When the daffodils die back, I will plant some geraniums.
