Ha yeah it's been like 2.5 years since I've had a real Dr appt...my 3 ER trips the last few months don't count! This Dr is so nice...she put me on 20mg Paxil and is giving me Prevacid samples, and referring me to a GI Dr for my tummy troubles. I look forward to that My stomach has been giving me fits for about 3 months or so now, although it is better now than it was, and I'm not sure what insurance will cover since this was going on before I got insurance. Oh well we'll see. I'm hoping the Paxil kicks in soon, I have just been so stressed out this year.

Hope you get some relief! If you are now under a group insurance policy, and you were enrolled when first eligible, there are no pre-existing clauses. They have to cover everything ... at least that's what I was told about here in NC. Good luck!

Well this is an individual policy that I bought last month, and it's supposed to have a 12-month waiting period.

Oh that sucks. I was thinking that you said something about Jerm getting a new job. In that case, there probably is a pre-existing clause, but since it hasn't been previously diagnosed, they may have a harder time denying it. I guess I'd only tell them that your problems have been very recent and hope for the best!
