I know there are no miracle drugs to make you lose weight. I know that diet and exercise are the ways to go.

What I want to know is, in conjunction with diet and exercise, what diet pills do you feel added to the weight loss? More energy, less hunger... etc.

What worked for you?

I've used Metabolife and I know of at least one friend who used it and he lost almost 100lbs. He ate really well and excercised alot too.

It helped me curb my appetite and gave me energy. I used it with slim fast and lost about 10 lbs.

I love metabalife and wish that they still sold it with ephedrine. I am using the original metabalife right now actually (found a full bottle when cleaning my kitchen ) and I really love it. Had good luck with it after Bailey was born too. It helps me with my hunger and snacking.

I just like it..gives me a good rush like caffine which in turn makes me not as hungry. I have tried other kinds out now that don't have ephedra and it they just didn't do a **** thing for me. Johnny has been using the Hydroxycut that I bought (and didn't like) though and he really likes it. He can't have ephedra bcuz of his blood pressure and the Hydroxycut is also caffine free-probably why I don't like it!

Shelia used ephedra for a few years .. doctor prescriped .. she has huge heart issues now. I am having heart issues and it probably has something to do with that since I'm only 35 and not overweight .. so I don't suggest the ephedra .. caffeine pills are FAR less dangerous and have the same effect.

I'm thankful enough to say that this time I'm loosing weight without anything .. but in the past I did use SlimQuick and a few others that I liked.

There's a pill called Phentermine. It's Ephedra free! I tried it and lost 15 lbs in the first month. I know lots of people who use it and have great results. It suppresses your apetite and gives you lots of energy!!!

Phentermine is by prescription only as well..

When I was in high school, my friend and I got these ones called Extreme Power Plus, and I lost like 65lbs on that. It had ephedra in it, but I'm sure you can still get it online..
