I know that rosemary can start labor, but can it cause a miscarriage? I put it on my dinner tonight and don't know if it's safe for me to eat it

I've never heard of that before. There's always something that supposedly causes cancer and miscarriages. I think a lot of them are just theories. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Unless you sat and ate a huge plate of rosemary I doubt it will do anything. From what I have heard it can be a uterine irritant in large quanities, or if consentrated like it is in teas and such, but to sprinkle a little on or in food wouldn't even be enough to do much of anything.

I imagine it's okay. There's only so much rosemary you want on your food. It's not like a lot of people like a couple of cups of rosemary everyday on their salad. It taste like pine needles to me.
