Do you find that it helps you motivationally to weigh yourself regularly or is it better for you to avoid the scale?


I prefer to weigh myself pretty regularly. Based on which way the numbers move I can tell if I'm staying on track or I can pinpoint things I did wrong.

I try to keep it down to once a week. I find myself obessessing over the scale which is not good.

I weigh myself every morning. I can't help it. Old habits from WW and it keeps my weight in check.

I don't own a scale if that tells you anything.

I am going ot the gym today and they have a scale, so I will weigh myself. I will do it every week on the same day of the week, only to gauge my progress.

I hate the scale!
