sorry.........i wasnt on-line yesterday.
mondays i go to my grandfathers to take care of him ( give my aunt a break) so i got plenty of exercise. he can walk with the help of a walker but a little unsteady and when he goes to the bathroom he need help to stand up so pulling on him i think would be exercise...he's about 6ft tall if not more,lol.
i gave him a bad bath, did three loads of his laundry (clothes, sheets, pads on his bed from accidents), dishes, took out trash, opened his dresser drawers and cleaned them out, took him to bathroom several times.........lets just say when i got home last night i ate and when straight to bed.
breakfast: cup of coffee & toast
lunch: tuna kit , water
dinner: bowl of chili, 5 crackers , water

Breakfast: Pancakes, chocolate milk
Lunch: One chicken leg baked in mushroom soup, rice, sweet peas, one drink (soda) - all leftovers from last night
Dinner: Leftover steak, mashed potates & corn from Sunday, tea

Am already drinking water and will continue throughout the day.

Plan to walk later on!!

I'm back!! My eating is not good, due to stress... so as I post what i have eaten today give me a break ladies..

Breakfast--Doughnuts
Lunch--None yet
Dinner-- Pork Chops, Mashed Potatos, Veggie

Sorry I'm posting late, things are getting really behind around here without help and DH working out of town. Now Olivia has a cold, so looks like it's only gonna get uglier!

breakfast: toast w/ cream cheese
lunch: sandwich and wow chips
dinner: veggie spaghetti

No exercise (haven't the time) but I'm still drinking my water!
