Lady Knight I was going to say the same thing as Brenda, seems silly but often the first sign of perimenopause is more frequent periods due to the hormone imbalance

Spaggie Could also be the start of perimenopause. I started at 35 and it really messes w/ your cycles!

Grace This happened to me. somehow my hormones got out of whack. A couple of weeks on hormones cleared it up for me.

Elaine Yesterday I started my 3rd period at two week intervals. I've always been extremely regular with 28 day cycles and am wondering what could possibly be up ... no weight changes, no meds, no stress (other than the usual hecticness of my life), and no birth control.
