Here is what I do:
Dip the pork chops in whipped egg. Roll in a mixture of crushed saltine crackers, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley flakes. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Bake in oven at 375* or so, depending on your oven, for about 20 to 30 minutes, until done. They are DELICIOUS! This is also good for "fried" chicken.

Put chops in the crock pot, throw on a jar of sauerkraut and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Put chops in crock pot, throw in a jar of BBQ sauce, cook on low 6-8 hours. Serve w/ mac & cheese.

Here is one I do...
Take your pork chops and use corn meal to bread them...put in frying pan and there you go! Very tasty!
Another is make stuffing, like stove top stuffing. Put in 9x13 pan, put pork chops on. Bake at 350 until done. It is good too!

|Liz&NicksMom||hmmm those all sound so good. I too do my pork chops in the crockpot. I brown them first, (with worchestershire sauce of course) and whatever other seasonings you like, in the crock pot I add about 1/2 smal onion, and some fresh mushrooms, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water or milk depending on which you prefer and simmer on low for about 5 hours. They come out so tender you dont' need a knife|

|navy-tigger||We're big on grilling...but one of the best "topping" sauces after you use your favourite spices (we use garlic, blended peppers) is Saucy Susan. It's got a peachy flavour. After one side is done and the chop is flipped you brush some one and it seals in the juices and adds flavour.|

Tried your recipe tonight -- very good! I should say it was a variation, but I used your cooking method. I sprinkled with garlic powder, season salt, & lots of pepper, then browned. I added a little water and a dash of -- you guessed it! Worstechire sauce and simmered until done.
Very tender compared to my usual cooking method which was just to keep cooking at the higher temperature.

|Robyn||I don't like spicey food, but my Dad is Cajun, and he uses cheyanne pepper, and any good pork meat rub and teryaki sauce to marinate the chops in and then grills them! everyone likes them but me!!|

I found this online under Arielle's Recipe Archive. I think it sounds great except I think I will add worcesterchire sauce when I make it.
Crazy Crockpot Pork Chops
4 loin chops, lean
2 md onions, sliced
1 tsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Stand chops in crockpot, thin side down. Sprinkle with salt,pepper and spices of our choice. Cover with the onion slices, which have been seperated into rings. Place butter on top. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until chops are tender and onions are done. The result is moist, tender chops with a deep brown color as if broiled in the oven.

|lanesmommmy||Trust me...Living on a hog farm, I have so many pork recipes that is not funny...One really good easy one that even my picky honey likes is to put 4 chops in the bottom of a 13x9 pan mix 1/2 cup coke and 1/2 cup keptchup together pour over chops then sprinkle them with brown sugar..oven on 350 for about 30-35 minutes or untill done...|

Take seasoned bread crumbs & add a few of your favorite spices (I add a little garlic, pepper, & parmesan cheese)
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray, throw the chops on it, then bake at 400 until done. Don't ask me how long that is -- by the time my chops are done, I've sliced them 3 or 4 times. LOL
Also, in warmer weather, I sprinkle garlic, pepper, season salt and a bit of teriyaki or worstechire sauce on the chops then throw them on the grill. I love just about anything grilled and until the highs drop below 40, I grill several times a week.
