When to start counting?
This can be hard to know really. Most women will have a brownish spotting before red spotting. Rather for a few hours or a few days. This "brownish, dry blood" looking stuff is considered part of your last period. Once you start getting "red, fresh looking blood" then you start counting days.
Say today you go to the bathroom and get brown spotting. And tomorrow you go and have red spotting, then tomorrow is cd1.
*Always look for the red*
Hope I answered your questions.

|jbunny24||That's when I start counting too, Cheryl. Of course for me it's always been the same day, so I never had that problem. Sorry, Grace, I'm not much help!! LOL|

|Grace||When do you start counting the first day of AF? Is it when you first start spotting or when the heavy flow actually begins? All this TTC stuff has got me very confused.|
