BeccaSueBoo For the Sauce:
1 tbl olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
1 20oz can diced tomatoes, drained
Italian Seasonings
2 tbl sugar, optional

1/2 pound ground beef
Italian Seasonings
1 tbl olive oil

1 chicken breast

Any kind of pasta you like

Heat olive oil in pot, crush garlic cloves into oil, saute 2 minutes. Add both cans of tomatoes and italian seasonings (I use pampered chef, but use what you like ) Add sugar if desired. Cook over low-med heat for 5 minutes, reduce to low and cover.

Combine beef and seasonings, shape into meatballs. Add olive oil to heated pan. Add meatballs and cook through. Add to sauce.
In same pan, fry chicken breast until cooked through. Remove from pan and allow to cool enough to handle. Shred with fork and add to sauce.
Cook pasta as directed, drain. Add sauce to pasta. Serve with shredded parmesan or asiago cheese! Would also be great with garlic bread!
